Shipping Policy
This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on our store. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to all terms stated below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday) after payment is fully verified. We do not process or ship orders on weekends, U.S. federal holidays, or major shopping holidays. Any order placed after daily processing cutoff, on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next regular business day. During peak sales seasons, processing time may be slightly extended, and we will notify customers via email if long delays occur.
Important Note: The registered agent address above is only used for legal registration, official government correspondence and service of process. We do not ship customer orders or accept returned merchandise to this registered agent address. All customer parcels will be dispatched from our designated fulfillment warehouse.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently provide shipping services to the contiguous 48 states of the United States.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses, P.O. boxes and international destinations.
- Oversized, bulky or hazardous items may have extra shipping restrictions, which will be clearly marked on corresponding product pages.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We cooperate with reliable U.S. local logistics carriers. All delivery times are estimated transit days and start counting after orders are dispatched (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (default option for most orders)
- Expedited Shipping (Optional): 2–3 business days (for urgent delivery requests)
Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on delivery address, package weight, dimensions and selected shipping method. No hidden fees will be charged.
4. Free Shipping Offer
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $55 delivered to the contiguous United States.
- This promotion only applies to standard shipping and cannot be combined with expedited shipping.
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas are excluded from this free shipping program.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update on the carrier’s system. Please contact our support team if you cannot find valid tracking details within 3 business days.
6. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery delays may occur due to severe weather, carrier backlogs, traffic control, peak order volume and other situations beyond our control. Our company and Buffalo Registered Agents LLC will not be liable for losses caused by third-party logistics delays. If your order is delayed more than 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact customer support for assistance.
7. Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages
Please inspect your package and items immediately upon receipt:
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items: Contact our support team within 48 hours after delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the outer package and problematic products. We will arrange replacements, full or partial refunds accordingly.
- Lost or undelivered packages: Submit a lost package request to our support team. We will work with logistics carriers to launch an investigation and follow up on solutions promptly.
8. Returns & Exchanges (Shipping Terms)
- If returns or exchanges are caused by our errors (wrong items, defective goods, missing accessories), we will cover the return shipping fees.
- If returns are due to customers’ personal reasons, the customer shall bear all return shipping costs.
- All returned products must be unused, unopened and kept in original packaging with complete accessories. We do not accept parcels with postage due. Please use a trackable shipping service for all returns.
- Do NOT send return packages to the registered agent address; we will provide the official return warehouse address separately after you submit a return request.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. If packages are returned or lost due to incorrect information provided by customers, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees and related losses. We will attempt to contact you to confirm obvious address errors.

Shopify & Business Usage Tips
- The registered agent address is only for company registration, official documents and legal service; never set it as your shipping/return warehouse address on the store.
- This policy conforms to U.S. local e-commerce rules and Shopify requirements, which can be directly published on your store. You can adjust order processing time, free shipping threshold and delivery days according to your actual suppliers.
- Buffalo Registered Agents LLC will only forward legal and government documents digitally or physically; they do not accept customer goods or parcels, so please remind customers of this rule clearly.
